Each registered player paid a Snack Bar fee at time of registration. This fee is refundable if you choose to work a minimum 10 volunteer hours. You do not need to sign up if you do not wish to receive your refund. You may only sign up for one shift per player.

The FVGFS Snack Bar is an important source of revenue for our league. Our players, their families, and supporters can stop by for refreshing drinks, tasty snacks, and pick up some FVGFS Swag!  We count on our families and volunteers to help make this possible.

*Please be advised, if you sign up and are a no show or do not cancel at least 48 hours prior to your shift, you will be charged a $50 penalty.

Volunteers:

Volunteers must be a parent or guardian of a currently registered player. If you wish to assign a substitute of at least 16 years of age to work your shift, please contact the League President. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Once the hours have been completed the Snack Bar fee will be refunded/credited to the parent through Sports Engine. It is very important parents sign in and out for their hours to be counted. There is a sign up sheet at the snack bar. The player agent will record the number of hours worked from the sign up sheet.
