Makeup Evaluations and Uniform Sizing - Rec & Select

***Any players who are unable to attend evaluations and need to attend Makeup Evaluations for Rec and/or Select need to contact the FVGFS Player Agent (playeragent@fvsoftball.org) by Sunday, 1/11.
Please keep in mind that your player will not be eligible to be considered as a Play-Up or for a Select Team if you do not attend evaluations.
***Sample uniforms will also be available to try on if you were unable to do so on Saturday or Sunday. You must contact the FVGFS Player Agent by Sunday, 1/11 so we can coordinate accordingly.

Spring Season is almost here! Gear up in your FVGFS spirit wear and show your pride all season long!
| FVGFS SNACK BAR SIGNUPS |
A Snack Bar Fee of $100 was added to your registration. You will be able to get a refund after you work a 5 hour snack bar shift at the FVGFS Snack Bar. The schedule will be posted through sign up genius and it will be your responsibility to sign up to receive the refund. There is a $50 penalty fee if you do not show up for the shift signed up for or cancel 7 days prior to shift. There will be other options to volunteer however you must volunteer for 10 hours for refund.
* Please be advised if you sign up and do not show up or cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you will be charged a $50 penalty fee

The FVGFS Snack Bar is an important source of revenue for our league. We count on our families and volunteers to help make this possible.
Spring Snack Bar signups will be available when the Spring Season begins.

We are looking for new faces to join our FVGFS Board. Our league runs 100% off volunteers, so we need your help if we want to continue to be successful.
We are looking for volunteers to join our FVGFS Board for our Fall 2025/Spring 2026 season.
We have many positions with varying levels of responsibility.
Please take a few minutes to fill out a Board Member Declaration and send it to the FVGFS President or contact a current board member for more information.

***VOLUNTEERS: Fountain Valley Girls Fastpitch Softball is an entirely volunteer organization from the board members to the coaches and team parents. Please consider volunteering to support your child’s team. No experience is necessary. Every team will need as many coaches as possible along with team parents to assist with practices, games, field setup, team events, etc.. This is an amazing organization and everyone is here to ensure the players all have a positive and fun experience.
