All players will receive the Basic Photo Package. No action is required, unless you would like to order additional pictures.

- Anyone ordering online by or before picture day will get processed with the team and photos will be delivered all together, if they choose the ship-to-league option.
- Players will not need to fill out a physical form on the day of photos to be photographed because the league provided player and team information; they will have their pre-printed photo slips.

Memory Book Team Pages

Each team will have 2 pages in the Memory Book. The league will create 1 page for each team with a Team Photo and Player Names.

All  teams are responsible for submitting a Team Page for the second page and can be any design the team would like. Team Pages should be submitted to the Memory Book Coordinator in PDF format.

Maintaining our fields and facilities is crucial to ensure they remain a safe and enjoyable place for our FVGFS players and families.

• Any tools or equipment you might have (rakes, shovels, leaf blowers, power washers, etc.)

The FVGFS Snack Bar is an important source of revenue for our league.  We count on our families and volunteers to help make this possible.

The FVGFS fields are currently OPEN.

The FVGFS Snack Bar is an important source of revenue for our league. Our players, their families, and supporters can stop by for refreshing drinks, tasty snacks, and pick up some FVGFS Swag!  We count on our families and volunteers to help make this possible.

Each registered player paid a $75 Snack Bar fee at time of Spring Registration. This fee is refundable if you choose to work a minimum 4 hours in the Snack Bar. You do not need to sign up if you do not wish to receive your refund. You may only sign up for one shift per player.

*Please be advised if you sign up and are a no show or do not cancel 48 hours prior to shift there will be a $50 penalty added on.*

Volunteers:

Volunteers must be a parent or guardian of a currently registered player. If you wish to assign a substitute of at least 16 years of age to work your shift, please contact the League President. Please allow 24 hours for a response.

Once the hours have been completed the $75 fee will be refunded/credited to the parent through Sports Engine. It is very important parents sign in and out for their hours to be counted. There is a sign up sheet at the snack bar. The player agent will record the number of hours worked from the sign up sheet.
